Dana is a queer feminist, who used to be in Beijing and Hong Kong, and now based in Taiwan. She has been working for Chinese Lala Alliance (CLA) as Executive Director since 2013. CLA is a regional network of Lesbian, Bisexual and Queer Women groups across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other areas in Chinese speaking society, we have been working on LBQ women network development and movement building since it was founded in 2008.
During 2008-2017, CLA has held over 20 cross-regional lala camp, the LBQ women leadership development workshops/conference, in different cities across Mainland China and Taiwan. CLA began to build regional partnership among LBQ communities between Southeast Asia and East Asia since 2015. Dana is also the advisor of FRIDA Fund in Asia Pacific and the advisor of Being LGBTI in Asia Phase II, held by UNDP.
